Healthy Together activities bring kids and parents together to learn about and try out healthy lifestyles. Every session includes cooking (and eating) healthy recipes together, a fun physical activity, and a learning component. Kids learn basic skills in the kitchen, the food is always tasty, and participants often go home with recipes, ingredients, and prizes.
